APPOINTMENT POLICY

We will make every effort to accommodate your individual requirements when making your appointments.

A text reminder can be sent to you free of charge for all appointments if you provide us with your mobile number. A reminder will be sent through the post for check up appointments only.

If you cannot come to your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice, and we will happily reschedule your appointment. Re-allocating your time to another patient helps us to keep our treatment waiting times as short as possible.

For the convenience of all our patients, we endeavour to run to time whenever possible. To help us achieve this, we would be most grateful if you could arrive a few minutes before the start of your appointment. If you arrive too late for your treatment to be completed on time, then unfortunately we may have to reschedule your appointment for another day.

If you fail to keep the appointment you have requested or cancel at less than 24 hours notice, we may charge you for the time lost due to your non-attendance.
