Current Available Positions

Trainee Dental Nurse (Full-Time)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen here at Spedding Dental Clinic for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our ever-expanding team.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, reliable and committed, with very good communication skills. They should have a professional but sympathetic manner, well presented, enthusiastic and punctual with a keen willingness to learn.     

Full training will be provided in practice and online college assessments. Upon completion, the successful candidate will have gained a City and Guilds, Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing

Good computer skills would be an advantage as we are a fully computerised/digital practice.

Position: Full time

Hours: 8.15am – 5.30pm. Monday to Friday.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will be trained in setting up and preparing the surgery before the start of each session.
  • Preparing materials and assisting the dentist during dental procedures, carrying out sterilising and disinfection of dental instruments, and updating patient records.
  • Some reception duties for example scheduling appointments, answering the telephone and taking payments.
